4. Donations and payments

Donations made through our Website are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We use third-party payment processors, such as PayPal, and do not store your full payment card or banking details on our servers.

Monthly gifts. If you choose to give monthly, your gift continues until you cancel it. You can cancel any time in your PayPal account or by emailing us at [email protected].

5. Memberships and programs

Paid programs

Some of our programs, such as The Crucible and Small Business Support, are paid, month-to-month memberships. Prices and what is included are shown when you sign up. You can cancel at any time, and your access ends when you cancel. While you stay subscribed, a founding-member rate stays locked where one applies.

A membership pays for services. It is not a charitable donation, so we cannot promise a tax deduction. Please ask your tax advisor. Donations to PPF are different, and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Coaching, mentorship, and education

Our coaching, mentorship, tutoring, and educational content are for learning. They are not therapy, counseling, medical, legal, tax, or financial advice, and no outcomes are guaranteed. Results depend on your effort.

Community conduct

Our community is for helping each other rise. Be kind. No harassment, hate, threats, or spam. We may remove content or members that break these rules.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Website is provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Phoenix Project Foundation USA disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
